We’ll soon be making Thermoses (Thermi?) of spiked cocoa to take with us on our annual Christmas Eve walk up Canyon Road, shivering and singing snippets of carols and gazing at the farolitas lining the road and the buildings. Dinner in town will follow.
Best wishes for a lovely night for all.
Awe…New Mexico. I’ve traded my farolitos for some palm trees and a crazy guitar guy on Venice Beach. Maybe next year. I’m gonna sit and think of the yummy food and the warm piñon firesmoke burning over the adobe houses. And then you get to tell me all about it when I see you :)
